Weight loss stall help!

I've been consist with exercise and strength training and haven't gone over my calories but maybe 3 days combined the past 6 months of this journey. I currently suppose to be 212 but the scale reads 225-227 and its worrying me a bit. Also the weird thing is I think I'm still losing inches. Is it possible to gain 15 pounds of muscle in a 6 month span!!?? PLEASE HELP!!!

    You can't count on the numbers MFP says you should be at. You can indeed lose inches and not a lot of weight. 15lbs of muscles would be a stretch on a calorie deficit.
