So i've been pretty good about staying under my calorie limit but I do indulge in cheat days quite a bit lol. How many cheat days would you consider to be ok? And how far over your calorie limit is it ok to go

I want to try learning a new language
I've encountered numerous individuals this summer that speak either Mandarin, Polish, or Arabic and I think it would be fun to attempt to learn one of the three. Does anyone have suggestions as to which would be the "easiest" to pick up.

How would you log short exercises?
I do a lot of walking throughout the day as far as going from class to class and going up and down stairs but the time it takes to do these things is never a significant amount. How would you guys suggest that I enter this in my exercise log or is it even worth it?

stubborn midsection
