Yeah I had a graduation party this weekend and i'm sure I went WAYYYY over my calorie limit but I still have a ton of food that I dont want to go to waste so I'm debating how much of it I should eat

I binge eat a lot on the weekends :/. Usually i'm home with family and they always want to go out to eat so I usually stuff my face with everything in sight. It's usually good to have a cheat day or two but just try to snack more during the day if you feel a constant hunger. Special K bars are pretty filling

yeah my stomach is being very stubborn. Are there any particular kind of sit-ups i should do that would present better results?

thanks everyone!! i actually eat the special k crisp with a fruit a snack mostly throughout the day but it doesnt last very long. Are there any other snacks you guys would suggest? all suggestions are more than welcome! i want to lose this weight before summer!! lol

the sad thing is that I actually do have MFP on my phone but for some reason i just dont enter anything on there during the weekend (besides today). I guess I just realy have to get out of this mindset that I can eat what I want on weekends and just work it off during the week. I always feel really guilty after splurging…

I've been wanting a "six pack' forever! I was close to it after track season but then me and food became best friends and u can tell the rest lol. But I'm on a quest to get my six pack!!!

I've always found the blunt advice to be the best. Sugarcoating things never worked for me. It just makes me think everythings ok

Max- I couldnt imagine doing a live workout with shaun T at the fitness level I'm at now! i'm almost certain i'd have to be taken to the hospital lol

if u type in download insanity on a typical google search, tons of stuff will come up and its legit. Or if u dont trust that, try asking some of your friends if they have it! thats how i avoided paying for Insanity

Thanks for the advice! i'll be sure to stock up on protein throughout the day! I'm sure I'm in for a rude awakening once it begins because I am pretty out of shape. But i figured, if i made it through track season in high school, i can put up with this lol

Hey don't be discouraged at all!!! the scales bounce back and forth ALL THE TIME!! U've only bee tracking for 11 days so you still have some time before you probably see the results you're looking for! I'd say give yourself about a month to really see some results

hi Liz I feel your pain!! sometimes I find myself eating simply because I have nothing better to do. As you could assume, I have gained plenty of weight from doing so! best of luck on your journey
