Hey MFP folks,

Glad to be introducing myself to you all, I've actually been using the site for a while now and lost almost 30lbs.

Thought it might be polite to get involved in the discussions, though!

I'm a 23 year old stay at home dad from North Florida (Gainesville area) and I'm also a full time musician. I run a small studio out of my house and play in a band with my wife.

I'm currently 342 and my short term goal weight is 280. Ultimately, I'd like to be down to 180.
