How would you log short exercises?

I do a lot of walking throughout the day as far as going from class to class and going up and down stairs but the time it takes to do these things is never a significant amount. How would you guys suggest that I enter this in my exercise log or is it even worth it?

Get a pedometer and calculate that way or a heart rate monitor0

Why not just set your "daily activity level" in your goals appropriately. That sort of exercise is just a part of daily life IMHO.
It would be both cheaper and less hassle too. If you find that you aren't reaching your goals doing this method, then either re-explore the daily calorie level (setting manually) or jump in with pedometers and trying to figure out how many cals you need to eat back (if it's correct).0 -
There's different opinions on this, but mine is that if you do it regularly it should be counted in to your activity multiplier, rather than counting it all the time as separate exercises.0
