weird day..HELP!
For some reason today i have been sooooo hungry and just want to keep snacking on everything!....normally i almost or have a lot of trouble getting in my calories for the day....but NOT today im almost completely over my excercise calories:sad: ....I dont know if it is my will power giving up because im not seeing results…

Exercise calories????
If i burn 800 calories in exercise am i supposed to eat all of them for the day?? or am i just supposed to stay around my 1200 calorie diet and have extra calories????

sick but want to work out
So i have been sick for about a week now but i really want to work out. I tried doing the turbo jam 20 min workout but found myself not being able to breathe.....are there any light workouts that i would be able to do until i get better???
