So i have found myself having the yo-yo effect, and after gaining some of the weight back i need to start back up going to the gym and eating correctly. I have to find something that i can stick to and i need to make this a life change, not just something to stick to until the weight starts coming off and i feel comfortable. I want to 100% make it to my goal and stay there for a length of time. Gotta light that fire under my but and get going....any tips or helpful information to make this a long lasting thing?
