  • i dont know about belly dancing but zumba is a great workout...the 2008 collection just came out on dvd www.zumba.com....zumba includes many types of cardio, dancing, everything...IM HOOKED! lol
  • i have 2 1/2 - 3 32 oz water bottles a day...i always feel like im floating lol.... so eat all of my excercise calories always like ALL the time?? what if im a little shy, do you think that is why i havent been seeing any results???

  • I used to have my belly button pierced but i was allergic to the metal that the ring was made of so i ended up having to take it out. I also have my left cartilege pierced. Tattoos I only have one tattoo at this point, it is two forget me nots with a lady bug and water droplets on them. It is for my grandparents.

  • I do the same thing!!!!! i hate it too but its hard to stop.:ohwell: And i mostly seem to do it at night...like today i bured 800 calories in exercise and i had about 500 that i did not use by the end of the day....then i gave in to the cravings and only have 150 left.:cry: ..i feel horrible about it!!!:mad:
