Flaxseed Oil and Breast Growth?
I've read in a few places online about women who took flaxseed oil for an extended period of time and experienced entire cup size increases in their breasts. Anyone else know anything about this? I'm curious to see if it actually worked!

Calories burned at work???
I am a store clerk and stand for around 3.5-4 hours on a normal day and 7 hours on a Saturday. Can I count the calories burned while working? According to WebMD I should burn roughly 400ish for 3 hours.

How could I calculate this?
If the databases says I burn 120ish calories walking the dog for 30 minutes, and I know that if I walk at a 4.0 mph speed uphill for an hour I burn about 650 calories, then how would I calculate walking uphill for 30 minutes with the dog?

Treadmill Calorie Counts?
I walked at a 4.5 mile an hour pace on a 10 incline (it seems very steep in comparison to the others around me), and ran a 10 minute mile speed for short bursts in that time, with my heart rate staying between 150 and 170.
