Since I rarely have time to go to a gym due to my work/school/mommy schedule, what machines would you all recommend to help with my weight loss. I am looking at transforming a spare bedroom into a home gym. I definitely want a treadmill and eliptical, but wondering if those are even the best equipment to go with. TIA!

Question... when I enter how many calories I burn at the gym for the day.. it shows my calorie food intake go down... should I be eating up the calories I burned?? I usually dont but Im wondeing if that is whats hurting me?

I am not able to get to my gym due to car pulling with my brother these last few weeks.. is running up and down my outside stairs a good work out? Does anyone have good burning excercises that I can do at home without equipment. I think I have some weights, excercise ball.. and jump rope.. but thats it?
