What's your favorite way to get your protein in?
Hopefully this isn't already a topic somewhere, I looked thru and didn't see one. Tell me your favorite way to get your protein in. I just completed Stage 1, except for the 2 special workouts. Has anyone done Stage 1 a second time without going thru the other Stages? I just feel as a newbie that I'm not ready to move on yet. I just came upon this program last week, I'm looking for a program I can do from home. Is anyone doing this at home? Is it working out well and did you have to buy musch equipment? We have a bench and a good collection of free weights, wondering if this is enough to get started.
