try the cold oats recipes, great for summer! my favorite: 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats 1/2 cup dark chocolate almond milk 1/2 banana, sliced 1 packet of splenda put all into a jar at night, smash banana a little with fork, then shake. Ready to eat in the morning! Almost like a dessert!

Spicy mustard! I use a tiny bit of light mayo with it too, but would be good with just the mustard. Then add a ton of peppers and celery - yum!
