I love oatrmeal and would love to try this. Sadly, it's just not something I can eat. I need protein in the morning.

According to the recipe builder, this was the nutritional value:
Calories - 285
Fat - 8 grams
Carbs - 51 grams
Protein - 11 grams
Sodium - 95 grams
If you change the type of milk you use to make this or use sugar instead of splenda, the calories may increase and the nutritional values will change as well. Hope this helps. :flowerforyou:0 -
