Today is the 1st day to a new me!
Hi Everyone! Today is my first day to losing weight and feeling good. I ate below my calories allowed. I also took a zumba class for the first time and loved it. I had so much energy and went sledding with my kids and hubby. I would like to lose 40 pounds by June. Thanks for all your support! Happy New Year!:smile:

I am back to working on myself....
:smile: I have decided to start thinking about how I can become healthier. I have gained 5 pounds in the last two months!:mad: I put on my favorite pair of pants today and they were snug! I know the holidays are here, but it is no excuse. I am ready to lose some weight!!!!

I have lost a total of 9 lbs in 3 weeks!
:smile: Great news! Not only have I lost 9 pounds but my clothes are starting to feel looser. Getting back into teaching and exercising really helps me to be consistant. I have also gotten a trainer two times a month to work with weights. I feel so much better!

I have lost 22 lbs and feel so good!
Since January 5th, I have lost 22lbs:happy: Since July of 2008, I have lost 15 inches off of my body. I am surprised! I am just working out 4x a week, lifting weights and counting my calories. Lifting weights has made me stronger

Seven more pounds lost!
:happy: I lost 7 more pounds last week. I can't believe it. Changing my exercise routine and watching what I eat really works. I've also learned to substitute lean meats instead of fattening ones.

:smile: First day of my diet...would like if anyone has any low calorie ideas for sweets. After lunch, I get a craving for a sweet...piece of chocolate, licorice etc. and want to break the habit! thanks
