Need some motivation! Done absolutely rubbish this week. Been sick, son has been sick. And had challenging behaviour from my son! Not been great food wise. Also got big money worries at the moment. Hopefully back to normal tomorrow!

According to the scales I have put 7 pounds on! According to my clothes I have dropped a size! I am ditching my weekly weigh in and going solely on how my clothes fit and measurements! I have been doing plenty of exercise so that may account for the extra pounds, either that or my scales are broken!

Over the last weeek I've been eating my 1200 calorie goal or just below and exercising lots. I had one splurge day, in which I didnt really splurge at all! c25k programme really works!
c25k week 6 day 3 completed!!! Wow, that means I ran a total of 25 minutes non-stop today. Unbelievable! :) However, I am still 1 mile short of 3 miles!! So technically when I finish the programme I wont be running 5k but still to be ruuning 30 minutes is acheivement enough for me, and I plan to continue with the jogging…

Today I did really well by eating just below my recommended calorie intake of 1200 and the days before that too. However, today for example i ate 20 over in carbs and 8 over in protein. Does this mean that I will not loose weight? Or is my weight loss based solely on calorie intake. I can understand that if I eat too much…

yeah! I did it!
I was really worried and nervous about doing c25k week 5 day 3! But I did it! This means that I jogged for 20 minutes non-stop!!! (I was jogging very slowly but I still did it!) Can't wait to do more!!!

c25k - smal victory!
I started C25k about 6 weeks ago. Today I completed week 5 day 2! That means I ran for 8 minutes, walked for 5 then ran for 8 minutes! Cant quite believe it!!!! The hard work is paying off! Cant wait to do week 5 day 3!!!
