Need some motivation! Done absolutely rubbish this week. Been sick, son has been sick. And had challenging behaviour from my son! Not been great food wise. Also got big money worries at the moment.

Hopefully back to normal tomorrow!

I hope for your tomorrow to be better too.

I can relate to the behavior issues. My son has had a ROUGH week too.

Hang in there. It always gets better.

You can do it !!! I hear you. I have 4 little girls and we survive off my husband's earnings but if I have a bad day just start over the next. You'll feel so much better if you do good with this. Food and exercise are 2 of the few things we can control :) Hang in there and I hope you have better days ahead of you.

You are on the right track just saying you will be back on track tomorrow. Put this week behind you and start fresh. We all have off days and sometimes that runs into weeks.

Just get back up on that horse and keep moving! Not only will you feel better physically but exercising will help you get your mind off your troubles, at least while you're sweating up a storm

    All the best.

As far as the little one goes, teachers see so many kids that sometimes they forget that they are individuals. No one knows your child's needs better than you do. Try to help the teachers understand them. Children generally act out for a reason. You just have to figure out what the reason is.
