Hello, I need some advice. I have lost 42lbs since July and hit a plateau. I joined a 7 week bootcamp hoping that would help. I go 4 days a week. How many calories did I burn??
I am doing Bob Harpers Inside out Method. It is the burn CD. I am using weights to do strengh training, some crunches and push ups ect.. I have no idea what kind of exercises they are to add them. I dislike the scale with great intensity
All week I was down 2 to 3 lbs and on weigh in morning I'm up 2lbs. How is this possable? I didn't do anything different.

week 4 same exercise different calories burned?

3rd week discouraged
This is my 3rd week. I lost 6lbs the first and 3lbs the second. yay! I have a few biggest loser dvd's and I cant find them looking up in the exercise search. I am not sure how to figure the calories burned to put it in myself. How do I know how many calories I burned?

2 week, bad day...hungry
I had a hungry day today. Then my "if every day was like today" was up 4lbs from yesterdays. That didn't help. I couldn't exercise today and I went over my 1330 calories by 10.
