Help!! my 4th week and the same exercise is worth less than

Is this normal? This is my 4th week and the same exercise that I did last week is worth less. I haven't changed any settings just adjusted my weight weekly. is this normal? I went from burning 546 to 538 in 2 weeks same exercise and same time.

^^ This. It sucks... but on the upside... the harder you work now, the less you'll have to work later. Just imagine yourself in your body beautiful and all the sweat will be worth it. At least... that's what I keep telling myself!0
