How many calories did I burn??

I am doing Bob Harpers Inside out Method. It is the burn CD. I am using weights to do strengh training, some crunches and push ups ect.. I have no idea what kind of exercises they are to add them. Is it calisthenics? I looked under the strengh training but you need to know what exercise you are doing to add them. Also did cardio max workout, would that be a curcuit type training? Lots of weight training with arobic mixed in. Please help!!!!

    I would love to hear what others say about this, as well. I'm always wondering if I'm entering the right amounts when I do Bob's videos..or Leslie Sansone's videos. It can be confusing!

    Fantastic question. My boot camp instructor just suggested Bob's videos, so I'm interested to see what everyone says.

    I add those workouts as Circuit Training, General and the time that I did the videos. It's as close as you're going to get I'm afraid!
  • Buy a heart rate monitor. Really its the only way to get an accurate read of your activity.
