How much does your weight fluctuate as your TOM approaches?
Mine fluctuates as much as 5 pounds! I know it's got to be water weight, but I also find I'm ravenous as my period approaches and I am always over my goal of 1350 calories the closer I get to my period. What has your experience been? Is this normal?

Am I really ready to switch to maintenance?
I was only over my weight goal of 115 by about 3 pounds (weight creep due to a new medication - had to nip it in the bud!). However, I had a colonoscopy and the prep for it got me back down to 115. Losing and gaining the same 2 pounds

OK, my weight hasn't gone down by more than a pound, but by tracking my food and exercising, and making better choices, I've noticed that my jowls have almost disappeared after only about 2 weeks!!!!! Trust me, this is a big deal!

Calories burned during golf... does this sound right?
Hi all, Yesterday I golfed only 9 holes, took 2.5 hours, and according to this site, I burned 628 calories because I weigh 128.8. I do push my golf cart, but that seems like a lot to me.
