I never heard of fitbit till I read about it on here. I have a polar hrm should I get a fitbit or is there any point? I didn't think I'd love my hrm as much as I do so handy. Would it even be worth it or pointless getting a fitbit now.

Recently started walking/jogging and squats every morning. Today my thighs are quite sore and calfs a bit. Should I walk through it or rest. I don't want to quit now already.

Anybody's appetite decrease after giving up junk food?
Off junk food and chocolate 5days now and I'm finding I'm not as hungry as I used to be, when I was eating all the junk I seemed to never be full. Now I'm not craving junk and I feel full after my chicken salad for example. Should I stop eating when I'm full or do my best to have my calorie allowance everyday. ?

Leg cramps from walking and biking>?
should i work through the pain or rest my legs til the pain goes. its calf pain to be precise!? this was earlier on in the week monday 7k walk. tues bike 30 mins wednesday bad leg cramps. i stopped then for a couple of days and there fine now but is it ok to work through it or is it right to give it a break?
