Recently started walking/jogging and squats every morning. Today my thighs are quite sore and calfs a bit. Should I walk through it or rest. I don't want to quit now already.

Taking a rest day isn't quitting. Give your body a break or take a walk.

    Stretch before...stretch after...eat a banana.

There is a difference between soreness and pain. Soreness is easy to overcome. Pain is an indication of something wrong.

The usual caveats apply...I am not a doctor (although I make more sense than Dr. Oz.), your results may vary, etc.

Iv a desk job they feel fine until iv to stand or walk and they feel kinda stiff/soreish at first when I'm walking. Like don't they say no pain no gain.

I've asked the same question and found that working out makes it feel a bit better. just hop on the treadmill and do a steady 2-3mph walk and it relieved some of the soreness.

And did it make it worse after? Like they're aren't so sore that I don't want to walk but they're stiff enough to turn me off jogging and my squats if that makes sense
