Anybody's appetite decrease after giving up junk food?

Off junk food and chocolate 5days now and I'm finding I'm not as hungry as I used to be, when I was eating all the junk I seemed to never be full. Now I'm not craving junk and I feel full after my chicken salad for example. Should I stop eating when I'm full or do my best to have my calorie allowance everyday. ?

    Yes! I've been living the South Bech lifestyle since I started on August 20, 2012, which meant giving up refined carbs (my biggest problems....white bread, pasta, candy cookies, chips...you get the picture!) After the first several days, my cravings drastically decreased and I began to be satisfied with the healthy foods I was/am eating. I do not eat if I'm not hungry. I figure my body will let me know when it needs fuel. It's worked well for me.
