Back again finding it so hard to either get motivated or stay motivated. Any energy supplements or anything to give me that boost!

    In my opinion, Green Tea. It has natural caffeine, antioxidants, and supposedly helps with weight lost by boosting the metabolism. I drink it daily myself! Welcome back.

    I used to love my green tea but I stopped drinking it can't fully remember why.

    I drink coffee in the morning and tea for lunch, seems to get me through the day.

    Maybe once I cut the junk ill have more energy. One cup coffee and the rest green tea
