I took the offer of a free month trail, and not even 10 seconds later my apple notifications notified me of 9,99€ deducted from my apple balance. How is this “free trail”… I imidiatly cancelled the subscription because I hate such malpractice.

    Hi Rico, sorry this happened to you.
    As far as I know, did you check the text correctly? It says a free trial for a month and then changes to a monthly subscription, unless you cancel before a certain date. That is how it is set-up.

    If you already had the free trial previously, it offers you a regular subscription.

    Can you double check and contact support if anything was indeed deducted from your balance? They should be able to look into it.
