How do you manage days where you are more hungry?
Today's workout at the gym was intense. I do not trust the calorie burn indicator on the watch and eat the same amount of calories (1600) no matter my physical exercise. However today I feel extra hungry, and I only have 392 calories left for dinner which is in about an hour or so. What advice do yall have? Should I eat…

Why isn't the scale moving?
I eat at a calorie deficit and exercise 6 days a week. At the end of every day, MFP tells me in 5 weeks I will be down at least 10 lbs, but my weight never goes down. I’m tracking macros and hitting my goals daily. Not only do I do circuit training 3x per week, I walk daily and do yoga most days. Why can’t I lose weight?…

Small-but-effective modifications to the workout/exercises aspects in the app
The nutrition aspect in this app is good so far, but the workout/exercises aspect needs 2 main small modifications: 1. We need to be able to add the exercises that we've created into the workout routines. Another tab for exercises inside the workout routines tab to view the added exercises would be sufficient. 2. We need…

Workouts and calories

Adaptive TDEE tracking
Good afternoon, I love this app and it has helped me lose 10 lbs in the last couple months. I am now looking to increase my calorie count but do not want to overshoot my surplus. My suggestion is an adaptive TDEE calculator. It would use the weight logs and calorie logs to calculate what your actual TDEE is based on weekly…

Is anyone else seeing a difference physically, but not on the scale?
Okay so I've been doing really well at eating right, tracking my calories making sure I don't go over my goal of 1500 a day, and doing plenty of exercise. I walk 10,000-20,000 steps a day and Zumba 2-3 times a week and I've started biking for 30 minutes on my non Zumba days. I'm seeing a difference physically. I'm dropping…

Stepper - how do you track it?
So I ordered one of those viral TikTok steppers off Amazon. But I have no idea how to record this in exercise. Putting in "step" either pulls up step aerobics or stair climber. While its a work out, I don't feel like the calorie burn for these is accurate. I don't typically eat my exercise calories, they just become a…

Turning 50 this year and need to do something about all this extra weight. I know I eat when stressed and eat when sad and eat when…

Finally sick of being overweight...
Hello, I'm a 34-year-old trans man from Manitoba, Canada, and I took a selfie today after getting a haircut and realized that it wasn't the hair, the acne, or the lack of a shower that was causing me distress. It was the shape of my face. I am 325 lbs and I'm tired of having a double chin. I'm tired of puffy cheeks. I'm…

Stretching for more flexibility
Hi. I’ve always been a weight lifting person who likes strength training and the way my body feels after a workout. However I have no flexibility. I tried to go to a beginner’s yoga class once and I was so tight and had no balance. I recently started to do the 7 minute stretch exercises that this app recommended for a…
