Honestly, I don't know how I feel about that idea.
I'm a believer in keeping exercise manageably challenging, not exhausting. (I think "exhausting" is counterproductive, generally.)
If my brain or body is being rational when it says I need rest, I'm generally going to give that a good think, probably get at least some rest. I want to push myself somewhat, but there's such a thing as pushing too far.
This isn't an all or nothing thing, moving vs. rest. We need some of each. Balance is key.
If this is just a poetic way of saying you want to change your habits to become more habitually active, that's great. Just don't overdo. :flowerforyou:0
