Just got back from the butt doctor. I will not be having any more colonoscopy on account of my age. He gave me the option and I decided not to have it done.I put it in the hand of the Lord.

Oh darn!. my post disappeared just as I was about to click on it! I spent so much time as I am really sorry about PATSY's MoMo and MARIE's friends Grand Baby!
I would repeat it if I weren't having problems from a second fall I had after being pushed into a moveable clothing rack yesterday. Had to cancel everything today , but was lucky nothing was broken. I must go to bed, so please excuse my not commenting on each post. You know you are all so special to me!

Buzz - Hope a good night's sleep has helped and that you're doing better today. Sounds very frustrating.

Sneaker friends! What would I do without you? It meant so much to read your caring thoughtful notes concerning our MoMo. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Buzz: good Grief, girlfriend! I know falling is one f my big fears. It takes away our feelings of independence and confidence. But as I keep telling myself, "every problem has a solution." So I hope you are feeling better with no broken bones or permanent damage. No more falling! What can be done to keep that from happening again?

Marie: I hope you will not suffer quietly if you are not feeling well. It isn't easy to constantly have DR. Appointments, but if you need some help, please call.

Marie - I am so sorry to hear about little Kade. You must be heart broken <3

Buzz- I hope your bruises are healing. Please let us know what happened when you have a chance. <3

Sandy - I won $51 at the casino and Dave won $17 not too shabby. ;) We were given $25 in our
package deal from the casino. We still have two wine tastings at our local wineries left and a visit
    to a chocolate store.

So much sorrow today I hope everyone else is doing fine today. :)

Our time away for our anniversary was very relaxing with time in the hot tub, casino playing and a lovely dinner at the hotel. Thanks for all the best wishes on facebook.

Finished making mini quiches for breakfast and now making my detox chicken soup then supper.
My relax time is over I guess. :)

Marie, I am so very sorry about the loss of your friends grandchild. I am heart broken as well but in reading your friend's mother's blog they wanted God to take him with no suffering and although this is so hard I have to believe the baby is in God's Hands. I am not sure anything is worse than the death of a baby or child and I will pray for all so they eventually find peace.

Nothing more seems appropriate right now, so will check in tomorrow.

MARIE, so sorry for all of you and little Kade :'( . Hugs to you, dear li'l Sis!
JACKIE sent me a real funny cartoon to make me feel better, and I explained my stupid fall, which I will repeat here!
I did scare myself yesterday when I thought my electric wheelchair was turned off while I was not in it. I must have grabbed the joy stick instead of the arm rest, turning it on, and it took off like a bat out of h---, with me directly in front, being pushed into a rack of clothing that barely moved! When I asked for help getting up, I was told there are orders no one is to help until the nurse arrives and checks the the fallen person for serious injury! So I asked for space, rolled over onto my stomach, unceremoniously pushed onto my aching knees (bone on bone-ouch!), pushed my rear end up into the air as I backed my hands toward my feet. I received a cheer for the acrobatics as I limped away! I had already tripped over my walker 2 days earlier, and my tush and "replaced hip" were sore enough, so yesterday' fall didn't help much, but I am beginning to see the light as far as pain easing up here and there! I have admonished the wheelchair to please behave, and I am so grateful nothing is broken as that is the biggest worry about falling! Thanks for all your well wishes, and STOP LAUGHING!
SHIRLEY, what fun; a decent unexpected win!
I must mention what a beautiful picture of MARIE is at the top of our Golden Sneakers group page! A real winner! Actually, you all are absolutely lovely. Now I'm off to bed and healing!

Marie - so sorry. My heart aches for you. Big hugs.

Patsy - you too. My eyes still brim with tears when I see a Golden Retriever. We lost ours about 15 yrs ago. Hugs.

Oh Buzz - quite an adventure.

Been way too busy. We've had a houseguest since Tuesday.

Starting to plan a BD party for Ed. he is turning 70. Wow. Can't believe it.

Hello to all. Sorry I can't write much.

Hi - it has been quite a week. Here's hoping next week will be much happier for all of us.

This morning I did go early to the class I was interested in. It was lovely, the instructor is fabulous, and the other participants are kind. The class was a mix of Tai Chi and Qigong. I got wonderful stretches all over my body from the various movements. I really would like to do this on a regular basis. It is a fairly long drive though and a lot of traffic at that hour. So we'll see. Apparently most of the ladies are regulars and do both the Wednesday and Friday morning sessions.

I stopped to pick up a book and an insulated cooler I won at Whole Foods when I attended their live event the other evening and I had received a coupon on my phone for a very lovely $5 coupon off my fresh produce purchase. I forgot my Penzy's coupon so I guess I will not be receiving the free cookbook. I see that expires on Sunday.

Had a lovely lunch and now I need to get going again now that I've caught up on email. I am watching "Bridge of Spies" while I am prepping veggies.

Hugs everyone from one of the cold and windy places where gardeners are worrying about an overnight freeze warning.

Jeri - Happy birthday to Ed, what day is it? We are going to start planning my MIL's 90th party soon.
It will be at our house so it will be casual and mostly family with one of her closet friends who was
there when she came from Nova Scotia to Ontario Canada.

A snowfall this morning with having to clean off my car before Yoga class. I bought some tulips today
just to bring some Spring into the house.

I hope everyone is feeling better, Buzz with your injuries, and Marie after her loss. <3

Marie, that little baby is out of all the troubles and is laughing and smiling now. Don't think about what Kade went thru here, think of this beautiful baby's life as it is now. What little time the family had, they were generous to share it with the world.
    Hope you're all well
