Love the new picture Sandy!
We are here at one of the ports in Toronto. We are staying at the club for one more day and then moving on.
We will be sailing around here until Friday and then heading home. I will not be entering my weight this week again
but hope to catch up with all of you after that. I am walking a lot and got my 20,000 steps badge with my Fit Bit.
My feet feel it today.

Okay I am weighing in today because I will be leaving tonight for the Yoga Retreat with my daughter Kristina.
We will be eating vegetarian all weekend.
So I got on the scale after my week off on the boat and I gained 3.2 pounds. I have also joined the Thanksgiving
challenge for losing 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. I guess I need some motivation.
Our group seems to be twindling. Everyone is busy with summer.

Gained 1 lb which isn't as bad as I thought but will get back to my old routine.... fewer digestive biscuits!!0

Just a few ounces Sandy, nothing to worry about. I know I've been naughty these past couple of weeks so haven't been near my scales but will work towards next Friday and see what I can do!

I did not weigh in last week while we were on the boat again. I plan on weighing in this week and see what the damage is.

Well I weighed this morning and it wasn't pretty, just as I feared a gain of 3 pounds.
We are leaving Sunday for a week at the cottage I hope I can maintain and I also booked 2 Yoga classes while away.
I will get there again I just have to wait until vacations are done.

My goal since July has been to lose a pound a week through the end of the year. I've been up and down a bit since then. This week, however, I've gone back to basics and have gotten back on track with my goal. (I had a little catch-up to do to be on target.)
As of this morning, I have 19 weeks and 18.3 pounds to go to meet my year-end goal. (Counting down!)
