12th & 13th were back up to 124. Surprised this AM after being on liquid diet with flu & my FBS was 156. It's never been that high. I'll check it again in a couple of hours.0

7.6 isn't too bad for a morning reading. It could be better and I'm getting there. In 'American" it's 136.8.
So what is considered good down there?0 -
@judyvalentine512 What is considered 'good' may vary quite a bit from sources. I believe they now say that damage can occur at 140 and more. I'm trying for fasting @ 100 or lower. I think normal, non-diabetic range is around 70-80s. But, that is all relative to some degree. Keep it simple.. are you making progress getting it lower??0
