I put on a light jacket today and instead of it being tight over my belly- making me look 6 months pregnant- it didn't stick to my belly at all and hung down from my boobs like it should!
And... My nine year old asked me if I was gong to go work out "because you work out all the time now mom." Made me feel so great!19 -
I no longer snore20

Put my favourite pj's on, I needed some comfy clothes after a hard day at work. I looked like I was wearing a sack, then my trousers started to slide down. I guess I need to find myself a new favourite pj!14

NSV for me is my blood sugar is within normal range. BG has not been under control for over a year. Today is the first day since 2000 that I have been able to go a full day with out diabetic meds. So thankful God has brought me to this WOE.22

I realized this week that I've stayed at the same weight for about the last year. It's not the original goal that I set, however, I feel good. I'm able to do all the things I want to do. I stopped counting calories 3 months ago and actually dropped a couple pounds after that.
My numbers are good, depression is better. I'm healthy.
It seems a relief to not track every gram I put in my mouth. LCHF has made that possible for me along with all the support from this group. I am so grateful.21 -
Might be kind of TMI but it's a little NSV for me...this is the first time I've had to deal with "Special Lady Time" and the scale has not jumped over 170 on my morning weigh-in14

I've lost so much weight (90lbs) that I was able to have my life insurance re-rated and am saving over $4000 per year on the premiums. If you've also lost a lot of weight now may be the time to apply for life insurance coverage. As the old saying goes, "make hay while the sun is shining"20

@daylitemag Wow. Awesome regarding the weight loss and the 4K savings. I never would have "thunk" that regarding the insurance. Kudos!1
