Democratic Voter Fraud: Liberal Student Sentenced For Registering Dead People To Vote
Posted: Jun 27, 2017 11:00 AM
A James Madison University student and Virginia native is facing at least 100 days in prison after a Virginia district court found him guilty of submitting 18 fabricated voter registration forms.
Andrew Spieles is an employee of Harrisonburg Votes, an organization affiliated with the Democratic Party. Starting in 2016, his job was to register as many voters in Virginia as possible, and track their information, CNSNews reports:
“...After filling out a registration form for a voter, Spieles entered the information into a computer system used by the Virginia Democratic Party to track information such as name, age, address and political affiliation...Every Thursday an employee/volunteer hand-delivered the paper copies of the registration forms to the Registrar’s Office in Harrisonburg.”
The Registrar’s office caught on to Spieles’s scheme when they noticed that many of the names on voter registration forms belonged to deceased community members. The office also noticed inaccurate names, social security numbers and birth dates on registration forms. It became abundantly clear that these forms were not new voter registration.
. He confessed to stealing information from the Virginia Democratic Party’s “walk sheets,” taking names, addresses and ages at random from the data. He also disclosed that he forged fake social security numbers.
Hmm...
Have a Great Thursday

I am awaiting a phone call when the results from the blood work during Monday's doctor visit come in. Then they will decide when I should come back.parityanimal wrote: »Well my endocrinologist thinks I'll live at least another 6 months. We made another appointment for December 28.
He also said I'd lost 12 pounds since my last visit and to keep up whatever I've been doing.
I've been splitting my blood pressure (20mg) pills for the last couple of weeks because my pressure was sometimes dropping dangerously low and the 10mg dosage seems to be doing fine. I discussed that with him and he agreed that the lower dosage seemed to be working well, and asked if I wanted a new prescription for 10mg but I said I'd just wait until I'd used up all the 20mg with splitting, and it would be a while before I needed one.
Then the vampires got me for lab work and I finally got the essential shopping done at Kroger on the way home, though I did stop briefly in at Petco just to look in the cat room and make sure I didn't see Beth still in there. I didn't, but the room wasn't open yet as the volunteer didn't come in until later.
There was another cat that showed some interest in us when we were there, who may be Beth's sister, but we didn't interact enough with her while in the room to know whether we might want that one, and whether she'd want us. She did see me in the window and sent a quizzical meow at me though. J and I might go back when a volunteer is there and see her again.
And...at Kroger I also happened to notice that they had meatloaf on the hot food line, which seems quite rare at that Kroger. Always chicken, chicken and another kind of chicken. So I got a meatloaf lunch. When I got home, I split the meatloaf, mac and cheese, and black eyed peas into TWO meals and put one in the refrigerator for dinner or maybe breakfast. $5.99 plus tax for two meals is not a bad deal at all. I made J a small pot of vegetarian chili for his lunch.
One large load of laundry, and the dishwasher, are going now.
Congratulations on the 12 Pounds !
Good Luck finding the replacement cat.parityanimal wrote: »Howdy y'all. It's thrilling Thursday! 70 degrees out there right now with an expected high of 82 and 60% chance of rain.
I finished off the meatloaf for last night's dinner so I'm pondering breakfast now.
Lilo got me up about quarter past six and apparently letting her out of the bedroom and trying to sneak back to bed just wasn't cutting it because she wasn't gone any time at all. When I didn't follow her (to prepare her canned food) she immediately came back and demanded that I come with her and get her breakfast.
I need to work on this timing. I do want her excited about her canned food, if only because it helps keep her more regular and I sprinkle her Cosequin (glucosamine supplement for joints) on the canned food but there was kibble available and she could have nibbled a little bit of that and waited at least a while longer. Maybe another hour?
Got all the laundry done AND folded and hung yesterday, and a bit of housework done too, along with the grocery shopping, so it was a pretty good day.
I think I'll take the day off today.parityanimal wrote: »Spam!

OTOH I always liked Cottage Cheese with Pineapple Chunks stirred in. And Home made Ambrosia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ambrosia_(fruit_salad)
Ambrosia is a variation on the traditional fruit salad. Most ambrosia recipes contain fresh or sweetened pineapple, mandarin oranges or fresh orange sections, miniature marshmallows, and coconut. Other ingredients can include maraschino cherries, bananas, strawberries, peeled grapes, or crushed pecans. Ambrosia can also include whipped cream (or whipped topping), sour cream, cream cheese, pudding, yogurt, or cottage cheese. The mixture is refrigerated for a few hours or overnight before serving. Although the name references the food of Greek gods, it is widely believed to be an American dish originated in the late 19th century.[

I like Spam too. And, of course, some of the competitors. I long ago lost any taste for that pre-sliced ham lunch meat that comes in packages like bologna, liver cheese, etc.
And using the pre-sliced ham to make a baked banana dish, as in the video above, not to mention using Hollandaise sauce MIX instead of just making your own...well that dish DOES sound like it is a contender for "most disgusting" among the retro food.
Maybe watching these videos has helped me lose weight!0 -
Roger, I'm not the least bit surprised that you like the ShopRite's hot food bar meatloaf. It's convenient and, I'm sure, reasonably tasty and a lot easier than making your own, though maybe not quite as good.
And if your ShopRite serves the amount that my Kroger serves, I'm sure you can get two meals out of one purchase too.
Whenever the Kroger has some NON-CHICKEN meal available, I always evaluate whether I want to try it, as I can usually make two meals from one "lunch" there, but sometimes I have doubts as to whether they can meet my standards. The meatloaf is usually good.
The Kroger chicken on the hot food bar is good, but one gets tired of it very quickly. There's always bone-in fried chicken, and almost always fried chicken tenders. Then usually a baked, bone-in chicken or boneless chicken breasts, sometimes cut up barbecued chicken or just barbecued wings.
They used to have a non-chicken dish more often but I guess that is more expensive to prepare (and throw away any leftovers) than chicken so I can understand why, not to mention that I'm sure fried chicken is always a popular item.
Sides vary. Usually three or four from a somewhat short list are prepared each day:
Mac and cheese
Mashed potatoes
Italian flat green beans
Corn
Black eyed peas (one of my favorites)
Greens
Fried rice
Stewed tomatoes and okra (whoever invented this vile dish should rot in ...well...)
Fried potato wedges (rarely, but when they are fresh, they are to die for!)
And maybe, in the summer especially, some other seasonal vegetable dish.
Not a whole lot of variety on the side dishes.
For the occasional non-chicken meat they have had some interesting things, but not a lot of repeats other than the occasional meatloaf and barbecued ribs.
Other things:
Stir fry beef
Fried fish (especially during Lent)
Steaks (once anyway, I figure the meat department was sent too many and they needed to get rid of it - on the steak day, they had steak prepared three ways and the only chicken was the bone-in fried chicken)
Pot roast (ditto the steaks)
and sometimes, when having a "Taste of <insert country here>" at the store, they may make some traditional dishes from a foreign country to help entice people to buy the items they've brought in to the store for the promotion.

I would think that since they sell the loaf when they have it as a family size item and usually alongside a same sized Salisbury Steak that several meals could be gotten from it

They also have a cold lower per pound salad bar and in the deli Section Potato and Macaroni Salad in regular and deluxe versions.
It the front of the store is a refrigerated case with marked down due to expire that day prepared foods.

Well, we now have, ON HOLD, at the Gwinnett shelter, a five month old kitten (and kitten isn't replacing a dirty word this time) with final decision whether to adopt planned for July 5. They just got her in and have to hold her for a few days, but supposedly us having her ON HOLD means we get her if we don't change our minds.
Assuming we decide for sure to keep her, we will then pay our $10, and they will spay and chip her and we'll pick her up either the day of, or the day after the spaying.
We're not telling anyone the name someone had given her because we think it's ...well, stupid is a harsh word, but we don't think it's appropriate or as cute as the one who gave her that name probably thinks it is. There ain't no way she's keeping it if we adopt her. We'll come up with a new one.
She's a black and white beauty. After picking her up we will, of course, immediately have to take her to our veterinarian for a full checkup.

CNN's Van Jones: Russian Collusion Story Is A 'Big Nothing Burger'
On Tuesday, James O’ Keefe’s Project Veritas released a video showing CNN producer John Bonifield admitting that the whole Russian collusion story is “mostly bulls**t,” and that the network pushes it for ratings. Since the inauguration, Russia has been mentioned in CNN’s coverage of the Trump White House 15,694 times. There is zero evidence that there was any collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence operatives during the 2016 election. None. Every update has yielded nothing further other than we have no evidence of collusion or wrongdoing. Now, you have CNN’s Van Jones telling a Project Veritas reporter that the Russia story is a “nothing burger.”
PV Reporter: What do you think is going to happen this week with the whole Russia thing?
Van Jones: The Russia thing is just a big nothing burger
PV Reporter: Really?
Jones: Yeah.
PV Reporter: You don’t think that…
Jones: There’s nothing there you can do.
Since Hillary Clinton’s upset loss to Donald Trump, the Democratic Party has used Russia as a crutch to avoid an extensive introspective autopsy on why they lost. The mindset seems to be: it’s not possible that our ideas suck, it’s just that the rest of the country is wrong—also, Russia. Democrats have wasted so much time on this story that they haven’t crafted an economic message, which they lacked in 2016, and that’s impacted their party in the special elections held this year. Not a single Democrat has won. With the recent defeat of Jon Ossoff in GA-06, they’re 0-4. It’s come to the point where some Democrats are realizing that they’re becoming distracted with the Russia probe. Voters simply don’t care—and that’s becoming explicitly clear to the slate of Democrats running in the midterms next year. A new Harvard-Harris poll notes that 64 percent feel that the Russia investigation is hurting the country, with 56 percent saying it’s time for Congress to move on to more important issues.
Hmm...
Have a Great Friday

Howdy y'all. It's fabulous Friday!
70 degrees out there now with an expected high of 77 and 80% chance of rain.
I got my lab results back yesterday and my A1c was down to only 5.9!
This is an excellent result and is one indicator that my diabetes is well controlled.
Nothing much on the agenda today.
Yesterday, of course, didn't get quite as much of a "day off" as I'd hoped as we spent a good chunk of the afternoon/evening driving to and spending time with cats.
We are rather disillusioned with Furkids as the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. And the right hand doesn't seem to necessarily know what it is doing!
You would think that, for example, when we looked at Beth, the person at the Petco would have known that someone was already in the process of adopting her and then J could have spent more time with a different cat, or cats, at the Petco. To be fair, I suppose it's conceivable that the person had put in the paperwork the day before and it possibly hadn't been processed enough to let her know.
But, from what I've read in reviews online, the workers and the person in charge tend to be autocratic and peremptory, and to ban people for little to no reason, on a whim, so the decisions on who gets to adopt and who doesn't seem to be based more on the adoption volunteer's mood than on the qualifications of the person wanting to do the adopting.
Mind you, we had no issues with THAT part and the lady who was going to coordinate our adoption of Beth seemed sincerely apologetic that someone else was already in process. As long as she got a good home, J and I are OK with that. And I think we can assume that they did do their best to ensure that she got a good home.
But then...
Our adoption coordinator, despite being told that we were not looking for a cat of a particular color or pattern, that the cat's appearance was not relevant at all, came up with, coincidentally(?), another calico/tortoise shell female that she thought we might be interested in, at a PetSmart store, but couldn't make an appointment for us to see/interact with her until Sunday afternoon, telling us this on Tuesday. So...no one could come one evening Wednesday through Saturday? NO ONE?
Coincidentally(?) Sunday happens to be July 2, which is AFTER the month of June's $10 special adoption "sale" and, while she didn't mention the fee going up, since June would be over, I have a suspicion that it would.
Now money is not the issue. We have, in the past, paid full adoption fees at a shelter and paid even more for "free" cats who, as anyone knows, are actually about as expensive, if not more so, as you might have to pay full price for shots, neutering/spaying, etc. for a "free" cat. Money is not the issue. It's the delays and lack of coordination.
In addition, when we looked at the online profile of the cat she thinks might be a good fit for us, the description says that the cat would probably be best as an "only cat" and this lady we talked to KNOWS that we have another cat at home, because J discussed all that with her on the phone.
So she coincidentally suggested another tortoise shell cat, at a different store, that we couldn't see until Sunday, and who needs to be an "only" cat...so I think that, despite J assuring her that the cat's personality and other factors being important, not looks, she was specifically looking for another calico/tortoise shell female. And she seems to have conveniently not noticed that we could have just gone back to PetCo to look at another, AND that the one she was directing us toward probably needed to be an "only" cat.
The other cat at PetCo had been described to us by the PetCo volunteer as a "lap cat" and she had seemed to like us well enough, though Beth had hogged J's lap the whole time we were there. We weren't thinking of her because she was a tortoise shell, but because she was a lap cat and might have wanted to spend time in J's lap if Beth hadn't hogged it.
Well, since we had made an appointment to meet the other one Sunday, we didn't go back to the PetCo, though I did stop by there on my way back from the doctor, to look in the cat room, on Wednesday, and the other cat was still in there. The volunteers were not in yet so I wasn't able to get in to the cat room to see how she interacted without another cat "in the way" and we never got back there together to see if she might be a good fit.
J continued to research adoptable cats online and we decided to check out the Furkids main site, followed by the Gwinnett shelter. Well, at the Furkids main site the one lady there told us we couldn't even go in and look at the cats, because no adoption volunteers were there on Thursdays. That we could come back on Friday or Saturday, between 11 and 4, and even then we couldn't look at cats unless we already had an application on file. Well the application actually has a space for you to put in for a specific cat. We told her we did have an application in but that someone else had already started the process and ended up adopting the cat we wanted, and that we might be back.
We're not going back.
Frankly we're seriously tempted to cancel the Sunday appointment too, but we will probably go. J wants to at least see this other cat, even though we have one on "hold" at the Gwinnett animal shelter, and it's not totally inconceivable that we might adopt two, but I'd rather stick with one, in addition to Lilo of course. If we adopt two more now, then one or two more will come to our house and adopt us, and next thing you know we have 5 cats. I know how this works. LOL.
We're not going to give Furkids any online review, but if we did, it would be negative. The people at the Gwinnett shelter were much more helpful and we got the process going right away, with a full understanding and explanation of all the steps and how long the process would take.
By the way, the Gwinnett shelter is no longer terribly close to being "at capacity" so the Catapalooza seems to have worked out well.
And if that adoption doesn't work out, J found another organization called GoodMews (goodmews.org) that sounds promising, and the Atlanta Humane Society does seem to have a cat shelter in town as well and I guess we could look there.
The people who run Furkids may think they are "all that" but you know, they may be the biggest no-kill cat shelter in Georgia but maybe there is a reason they have over 700 cats "available"...from what I've read, if some of them, including the one who runs the whole show, weren't such KITTENS about things, maybe they could have found homes for more of them.
I'm just saying.

Good Morning its TGIF!!
So Ed, I take it Furkids is not your fav. kitty adoption organization??? I'm sorry, but your paragraph
"Frankly we're seriously tempted to cancel the Sunday appointment too, but we will probably go. J wants to at least see this other cat, even though we have one on "hold" at the Gwinnett animal shelter, and it's not totally inconceivable that we might adopt two, but I'd rather stick with one, in addition to Lilo of course. Made me laugh out loud. Whew! I didn't know how 3 cats became 5...I'm so grateful that my 5 came as a 'group'!!! LOL!!! All at once, easy peasy, adoption closed!!!
I grilled with occasional rain showers, but no big downpours....yesterday evening. I'd taken a nap, and when I woke could see a few little signs that we'd had a 'sprinkle' while I slept....so I quickly prepped my portabella and veggies, and made my dash out to the grill, which is right next to the rain gauge...and it said that while I slept there was almost 2 inches of rain???? O' boy!!! There was nearly 3 inches this morning! I looked at the weather map radar, and there is another big line of storms to our north and east out in Alabama coming at us! Rain in GA for the fourth of July is not unusual...but a lot of rain BEFORE the 4th is very unusual. The plants are loving it, as am I, so all is good on that score. And I have enough mushroom and veggies to make a 'mexican-ish' tortilla roll up for lunch! Win/Win!!
Roger, what a great realization! Rather have the equipment battery run down than have my battery run down..... Yes!!! I'll have to be honest and say that often times it was ME that ran down...but I was just 'full of it' yesterday...I went back out, and picked up sticks, then later poked my head out and pulled weeds..etc. I've decided that between showers today I'll don my boots and pull some of the hundreds of redbud tree sprouts...And I'll mark the couple of Poison Ivy sprouts for the next Round Up kill. I don't like using that stuff, but it does kill poison ivy! And it doesn't take much...you don't have to drowned the foliage.
So, what's on my list today....first up is to take an Aleve..my ankle brace let me get thru the day yesterday with only a bit of soreness....this morning however is a totally different story....I'm currently sitting with my foot in a bucket of ice water.... YIKES...
Oh, and Ed...great, fantastic, superb, news about your A1C!!!!
I'm sure there's more...but I need to get my foot out of this cold water, and get a glass of water for the Aleve..

Whatever adoption fee one pays, at most centers, it is meant to partially cover the cost of initial shots (usually), spaying/neutering (usually) and some small part of the incidental cost of feeding and housing the cats. In more recent years, it also includes the cost of "chipping" the cat.
Historically, I've found the adoption fee to usually be between $50 and $100. I don't recall any of them charging more for a female, though spaying is more expensive than neutering a male, as spaying is a considerably more invasive and complicated surgery.
Usually, the fee doesn't really cover ALL the costs, and the shelters rely on donations, bequests, or government (taxes) in the case of a county or city run shelter.
So...no, $10 or even $30 (I guess dogs, being generally bigger, cost more to upkeep or something?) doesn't begin to cover the costs they incur, and by keeping adoption fees as low as they can they help to encourage more adoptions, assuming the people who run the joint aren't a bunch of KITTENS who don't seem to really want to unite people with pets, except when their moods and whims are just right. To be fair, most people we've dealt with haven't been KITTENS but haven't seemed to really "get it" either.
But as I said, $10, $55, $100...isn't really the issue. People just want to find a pet who's a good fit for their household.
But reducing cost to only $10 for a period does allow people who, while they probably can afford to keep a pet, just have some trouble coming up with fairly large chunks of money all at once to pay a large adoption fee.

Hi
I walked for an hour + 0 Cents during today's walk. The temperature this morning was 75 on the news channel and 732 degrees on the front porch with higher humidity level once again. The forecast is for Thunderstorms later today and into tomorrow morning It did rain lightly overnight and I was drizzled on during my walk so I changed my route in case it started raining harder. I also managed to sit on a wet surface and get soaked when I stopped to drink some of my CocoNut flavored Coffee, meh, from the 7-Eleven and missed some of the plastic I had put down. I often stop like that so I can clear my nose, TMI ??

USMC Veteran Takes Out Three Armed Robbers, “I Opened the Door and Smoked ’em.”
Posted at 10:50 am on June 29, 2017 by Jenn Jacques
I opened the door and smoked ’em.”
Now that’s the start of a great story, but seriously – it gets better.
Three armed robbers in Theodore, Alabama thought 62-year-old Michael Irving would be the perfect victim. A few weeks ago, they reportedly broke into his home, robbing Irving of all his cancer medication, and leaving him with a threat: if he reported the robbery, they’d come back to harm him.
But Irving called the police to report the robbery anyhow and made sure he would be able to defend himself if the suspects returned.
Last Thursday night, that’s exactly what happened.
The three suspects showed up at Irving’s door again, this time armed with a handgun and a shotgun. Irving heard a tap on his front door and when he walked up to open the door, “that’s when he shot me,” he said.
Irving, a United States Marine Corps veteran, wasn’t about to be victimized again.
“That’s when I went to the cabinet here and back behind the coffee was an old time pistol,” said Irving. “I opened the door and smoked ’em.”
Irving managed to shoot all three suspects. Two of them fled the scene in a vehicle, but were found by Mobile County Sheriff’s Office deputies at a Dollar General Store just over two miles away after they reported being shot. The third suspect remained wounded at the home.
The suspects—identified as Casey Ray Gann, 29, Joseph Heathcock, 19, and Chaste Dulabhan, 24—were taken to a local hospital for treatment and arrested shortly thereafter. All three have been charged with assault second-degree, robbery first-degree, burglary first-degree and shooting into an occupied dwelling.

It is hard to believe that one half of the year is past already, where did it go?

So Ed, I take it Furkids is not your fav. kitty adoption organization??? I'm sorry, but your paragraph
"Frankly we're seriously tempted to cancel the Sunday appointment too, but we will probably go. J wants to at least see this other cat, even though we have one on "hold" at the Gwinnett animal shelter, and it's not totally inconceivable that we might adopt two, but I'd rather stick with one, in addition to Lilo of course. If we adopt two more now, then one or two more will come to our house and adopt us, and next thing you know we have 5 cats. I know how this works. LOL."
Win/Win!!
Then I started walking and I knew it had been light since the streets were wet except where it had not rained enough to wet the road under the treesRoger, what a great realization!
Later...
I did indeed think it was a reasonable idea
Sometimes I run down too.
I do get a low battery warning voice on my iPod now and then before I even get out the door sometimes. I hate that for one reason, I have to hit the button that turns on the display twice when that happens to be able to change the volume or pause it when it is that state. Experience has shown me that I am able to use it despite that for 2 or three hours more so I charge it on my return. As I understand it how long the battery lifetime is, is based on charge cycles. Thus leaving a Laptop plugged in will eventually kill the battery even if it never runs on the battery. Th Li-On batteries slowly discharge even just sitting there and at a fairly high battery remaining point the charge circuit starts charging it. That eventually kills the battery.
I do not mind using roundup on certain things I will not touch such as Poison Ivy too. Better a spray than me
I do not know what You mean by Redbud tree sprouts, So I ask what is a redbud tree?
Good Luck with Your foot today

Howdy y'all. It's sensational Saturday! 71 now with an expected high of 87 and 50% chance of showers.
Yet another pool party this afternoon/evening. The beans are in the oven. When I don't show, or have morning obligations that prevent making them, people ask about the missing baked beans. They may not all realize I'm the one bringing them but they sure notice when there aren't any baked beans!
Dinner last night was an ENORMOUS salad and 1/4 of a large, thin crust, Marco's Deluxe Uno pizza.
Blood sugar two hours after was a surprising and unexpected 117.
To be fair, we were moving around some boxes and starting the process of maybe getting some boxes sorted out. We also threw away a number of items from the boxes. We did the last move during the first part of 2012 so some of these boxes had not been opened in 5 years, and some were never opened from the prior move.
We also started a "Goodwill" pile for things that we are planning to donate.
J has serious issues about throwing anything out and is a major packrat. I'm almost as bad. I wanted to toss some of the stuff (or donate it) before packing it up and moving it the last time but in every move we seem to always get rushed and end up packing up and moving lot of stuff that really should have been eliminated, mostly because we don't want to really get into sorting it all out. At least on the last move, some of the in-laws helped and, conveniently, took some of the things that we didn't want.
Breakfast this morning was...cold Marco's Deluxe Uno Pizza.
We still have salad and pizza left, as we got a "family size" salad and, between the two of us, ate over half of it but there was no way we were going to eat all that salad in one sitting.
I'm still not finding salad, in general, all that attractive lately and am not making it at home. J may, in fact, be stuck with eating the rest of the salad from Marco's. I have cancelled three farm truck deliveries in a row as I the last couple I received didn't look as nice as usual and didn't help with adjusting my current slight aversion to salad and the beginning aversion to fresh vegetables and even some fruits. I'm sure my taste for both will return in time.
But right now I just don't want them around. I was surprised last night that, when J was starting to order an individual garden salad, it sounded good to me for a change. So I was going to order an individual one too, but the waitress pointed out that the family size was about a dollar cheaper than ordering two individual salads, and that it was at least twice as much. Realistically, it's at least three times as much and I think nearly four times as much as it's intended for a family of four people.
Anyway, salad sounded good for a change, so I ate it while it sounded good, and must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think some of the food issues at home may still be grieving for Ariel as I feel still some depression when I notice she's not there or encounter some toy that was a favorite of hers.
I still get a little choked up thinking about her and it leads to thinking about all the other pets we've had to let go over the years and I need to stop typing about it. Yet here we are planning to get at least one more. But the new one(s), while not filling the places in our hearts that the old ones occupied, will still help to heal by creating their own places in our hearts.
Enough of this. Need to find a distraction.

I'm just saying.
Salespeople are like that in every field. That is why when I found a salesman many years ago that listened and knew not to push insurance on my purchases there I always went there and had him do the order. I believe it worked for him to as he had a really quick sale and could move on to the next prospect and still make a commission
My Youngest Brother ran into the same type when he went to buy a House out west after retiring. He specified not down by the Mississippi and no stairs. So what did they keep showing, Houses with steps up to the entry and stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms and of course down by the river in an area that has flooded in the past. We all know where that is since we had relations in that town for many, many years. Then they would make assumptions about ethnicity based on the last name and offer house in an area of town since they were sure he would be happier where his own kind was, Wrong on both counts too. Eventually he bought from a friend of our relatives. Bleep those realtors, They could have listened and had the commission.parityanimal wrote: »Whatever adoption fee one pays, at most centers, it is meant to partially cover the cost of initial shots (usually), spaying/neutering (usually) and some small part of the incidental cost of feeding and housing the cats.
