Hi!
Lazy Vegan...she wasn't kidding! But glad to know I'm not alone...hahahahha!
Have spent most of my day watching soccer games..few little odds and ends done, but nothing mind blowing.
Roger...Since the 'cup of Shine' episode was 30+ years ago....I'm not terribly concerned about the possibility of drinking styrofoam. I do usually make a new whatever by the recipe the first time. I was considering making a half batch, I think I have a loaf pan that will fit in the toaster oven. (and if I don't like it, I'll still have rice flour for the 'next thing'.
Ed, hope your headache went away. Yours too Roger.I don't know how long you walk...maybe the asprin didn't have time to work?
Heading for the front of the house for a little keeping....LOL! Also will go out to see if the mail has run. Hope so, cuz its about time for the 'Weather Show' to begin. Act 2, very much like Act 1 of yesterday. Maybe not quite as much rain I hope. You can surely tell we have crossed into summer mode down here.
Took the day off from the gym today. But have been walking with the FitBit prompts. (indoors).

Hi...
it stayed relatively cool...no afternoon high heat = no storms! i.e....it forgot to rain!!! LOL
Somebody within hearing distance is setting off either firecrackers, or set pieces. Too lazy to go look.
Hope they have some fireworks left for the 4th!
Off to bed with a bowl of popped corn to snack on while I play games and read the news...

Hi
I'm back from walking and no cents. The Temperature out the door was 68 degrees. As it has been for the last couple of days it was comfortable to slightly cool outdoors while walking since there was a breeze. As I was walking I was hit by a few small drops of water and around the mid point of the walk it turned into a light drizzle that soon ended.

Might get out to a store today but probably not. Will take a nap if I can.
I thought about getting out to the grocery store today as I can get the car out of the driveway later on, Then I said, hmm...

Toaster Oven to save energy vs using the regular oven compartment ?
The headache sort of abated. Feeling tired I took a nap in the afternoon and it was back, weird
I walk around 90 to 110 minutes so I just average it on a daily basis in the exercise log here on the site.
It appeared that Alabama and Georgia were going to have real bad weather form what I saw on the news weather report.GardenKatGardens wrote: »Hi...

Howdy y'all. It's sensational Sunday! 87 with an expected high of 90 and 20% chance of precipitation.
I've been up for hours and hours but distracted by lots of things. Laundry is washing now. I have already been to the store for cat food, milk, stevia sweetener and lunch. I grabbed a turkey and bacon club wedge sandwich while out, on whole grain bread. It was all right but I could have had a better lunch.
Need to get the recycles and the garbage out to the curb at some point and maybe do some watering of plants.

Hey!
Watching FIFA game Japan and Senegal. Missed (slept thru the England Panama game earlier. England won easily, but it was a first for Panama to even be in the games. So, they and the one point they scored were historic. (Ted watched it.) I'm looking forward to the game this afternoon. Columbia and Poland. Should be a good game.
I think I may watch at least part of it while walking the TM this afternoon. Even 4 years ago I couldn't walk the whole game!
I 'may' make the rice bread today, no promises though. And using the smaller pan in the toaster oven will create less heat in the kitchen. I just have issues with running the oven AND the air-conditioner at the same time.
Need to make a salad for lunch, have been eating salads and watery fruit (honeydew and watermelon) at lunch this week. Will need to pick up another quarter watermelon on Monday! Maybe a cantaloupe this week? I had some good peaches last week from Whole Foods. They were smaller, but so sweet!
Hope to see Ed here when I hit post. Unusual not to see his posts before mid morning.

Hi Ed.
Hamburger in a can...nasty sounding, and the look on Emmy's face was funny! Ok, don't need that on my grocery list. Loved the looks of the teens eating the Japanese Kit-Kats. Know what would have been fun? to blindfold those kits, cuz they kept expecting chocolate. If they couldn't see the shape, and didn't have that expectation I think it might have had different results!
Glad to see your post! Hope all is well at your house. Looks like rain one minute and sunny the next over here. Mother Nature trying to 'trick/fool' this ole lady.

I may do a load of laundry, and I do need to empty the clean dishes that are in the dishwasher, etc!

I always preferred a sandwich that has a Banana in it to be buttered bread, Peanut Butter and the Banana sliced lengthwise. The Alternative is Buttered Toast and Peanut Butter which softens from the heat and no Banana
I do not even want to walk in 93 degree temps further than from the house to the car and back. Forget about running in that sort of heat.
I have that problem so I work around it by putting things on a list as they occur to me
Have a Nice Day

Howdy y'all. It's typical Tuesday! 77 with an expected high of 93 and 40% chance of rain. We got quite an afternoon shower yesterday.
Might need to get out to the store today but can probably wait until tomorrow. We'll see. Dishwasher is running now and using the last dishwasher tab, but I won't need to run it again today, so tomorrow may be fine or even the next day for the store.
Lilo has had her shot and we've all had breakfast.
Not much on the agenda.

Hi...quick hello!
Soccer game comes on Fox shortly...I watched soccer at the gym this morning...what a trip! The bank of TV's have Fox next to a Spanish station...so I watched Peru win on the Spanish TV, while watching Denmark on English speaking Fox. That took a lot of concentration! Wonder I didn't fall off the TM!! I think I'll watch Nigeria vs Argentina this after, at home! Tomorrow I will be at the gym and watch Mexico...on Spanish speaking channel. Its more exciting in Spanish, trust me!!
Solved my problem of why I was going to WalMart by just not going! I do keep a running list for most things Roger, but my phone is not always handy, or I'm in a hurry and 'whatever' doesn't make the list!
Ed, had a big storm here too. Fortunately the trees stayed firmly planted...no so much in ATL!
Not sure what day I'll manage to get to Kroger...couple of things I really need from there that's not available in any of my other stores..:( So for sure I will be shopping one day this week.
Ok, game time.
