Hi
I'm back from walking and no cents. The Temperature out the door was 68 degrees and It felt OK for the the outbound leg, Once again semi uncomfortable walking due to humidity. Less than one block from the House I took a jog to the left side of the street to stay clear of the Skunk on the right side of the roadway.

Need to feed the cats and run the dishwasher. Also need to clean yesterday's cat bowls, of course, and maybe put the folded laundry away. Then I can also possibly launder the towels from the pool party and maybe even fold and put THOSE away. Hahahahahahaha. Who am I kidding?
But seriously, I might do a little housework, like sweeping some floors.
Serious procrastinator here, Sooner or later I'll get the laundry put away and stop using it from the laundry basket, Or maybe not

Busy day...Gym, Walmart for cat food, gas in the car, etc...and taking off in a minute to get my pedi. Been trying to get that done for over a week.
Cardio Doc office called this morning...had to change my appointment to the 10th. Doc won't be at the John's Creek office this week... so, all I can say is my echo can't be toooo bad.
Watched Emmy and the Shave Ice...best I ever had was on the North Shore of Maui. Little shack with a long line waiting. It was really good.
Ed, glad J was home to help you out, get your cane, etc. I keep mine at bedside. That was where I had the most trouble when my knees were being obnoxious.
Ok gotta go...
Later...
OH, Swamp...the worms and the pool sweeper! Funny!
Wowsers, Busy Day...
Hopefully You are correct that the results are good.
Shave Ice
I have a Can hanging on the head of the bed, just in case, When I first get up is when I might, Notice I said might need it, so far so good OTOH. It does take me a few steps to loosen up and walk better, hopefully that does not get worse in the future.
Have a Nice Day
Roger
P.S. I thought the worms was funny to, I did use it for that reason.

Howdy all y'all. It's terrific Tuesday. 73 out there now with thunder. A lot of very loud thunder. Kiara is not happy with this loud thunder at all.
Expected low of 69 tonight with (already verified) 100% chance of precipitation. Hopefully at some point it will let me get the mail in without drowning.
Need to clean up yesterday's cat bowls.

Did I post this morning? I dunno...
Got my self all put together again at my Chiro's. She had to pop my shoulder back. It was a simple matter of push against my hand, and the second time something popped...COuld have been a socket, more likely a tendon got stuck trying to slide across bone or my shoulder...whatever..fixed!
Also got the knee thing fixed, and that required a tug at my right hip. Said she'd see me in 2 weeks next time...(I hadn't been for 2 months!)
Rained on Marietta who had to make a Good Will run...and several other errands. I elected to stay at her house, and continue packing stuff up....
Now I am T.I.R.E.D !!!!

Today the forecast is for rain and since I saw where it had rained lightly before I left, Outbound I was drizzled on for part of the way, Likewise on the return, Not heavy enough to put on the rain poncho thankfully as that would have blocked what little breeze there was. Bottom Line I am going that we already hit the 100% mark for rain today with this mornings weather forecast showing more and heavier rain headed this way. The overnight temperatures did not drop worth a darn as it was 76 at 10PMparityanimal wrote: »How to make KFC. Korean Fried Chicken.

Probably not with regard to the posting in the morning.
That must have been a relief to have things put right by the Chiro.
You got lucky about the rain and stayed dry

Howdy all y'all. It's wonderful Wednesday! 71 with an expected high of 75 and 100% chance of precipitation.
Need to feed the cats, maybe put the folded laundry away, and get out to the grocery, hopefully between rains.
Also need to feed the cats and get these beans into the slow cookers for tonight's dinner. I'll ponder corn bread, as I've been having some elevated glucose the last couple of days. Wonder if I'm coming down with something.

hello!
Got to M's about 9;30...still more paper to shred...did that, watched the loading crew do their thing...
Did some stuff donwstairs,..tried to keep out of the way,
Long day short...arrived, shredded, tried to stay out of the way of the guy who'd been doing the job of packing...first he told M the wrong truck sizes she would need...so the smaller truck had to be returned for a larger one...Then still everything wouldn't fit. They'll have their cars packed as well. The will also be leaving some things behind...
All in all it could have been worse...so glad it wasn't...oh, and we had rain varying from light to toad strangler...
Anyhow, after being there for 10 hours I headed home... I'm beat!!!
Tomorrow, I will take out my trash to the street, and not much more....Will try to get to the gym....

Gilpin County Residents Unnerved By Anonymous Arson Threat
A photo of the message appeared in a resident’s Facebook page July 25th. That resident’s post said the message — “We started the fires! Be ready” — was left the night before on State Highway 46 near the Gilpin County Fairgrounds.
Several major wildfires ignites across the state and most if not all counties enacted fire restrictions or outright fire bans during that time.
One of those wildfires, the Spring Fire, has burned almost 108,000 acres of forest and 148 buildings, including many homes. A man has been arrested for starting it; he is charged with arson.
