    Hi Vix
    I am now off to the backyard to help my brother plant the several varieties of onion plants
    that the mailman delivered last night.
    I am still waiting for the delivery of the Blackberry & Raspberry plants that were ordered at the same time :)

    That sounds great Roger...love berries. :) (and onions are good too!)
    I think the only edible plant we have so far is the mint I planted last year. I will probably pick up some herbs, in a few weeks. They are easier to grow because I can just keep them in pots.

    I like Your Picture :)

    My brother ordered Yellow, Red and White onions.

    Fresh Mint right off of the plant smells s good if You crush a little of it.
    We used to have it growing all over the yard and now it seems to be completely gone :(

    Windy, but warmer here today.
    Will be going to Charleston next week, so may miss the snow here, or will be driving to the airport in snow. :*

    Today is 13 degrees cooler than yesterday. That made it much more comfortable under the Rain gear than it was yesterday
    when it was near 70 when I went outside walking.

    Later overnight into Sunday they are talking high wind warnings with wind gusts up to 60 MPH.

    Well I was woken up last night slightly after midnight by loud Thunder, Then later on I could hear the wind picking up :)
    Here is a shortened repeat of a post I did in another message.
    It is really windy today, Wind Chill is somewhat bitter too, I wore my ersatz wind breaker the Lightweight rain jacket:)
    When walking into the Wind it slowed me to a crawl until it would drop off for a minute or two. 8300+ Steps today.

    Hopefully Your weather is better than mine.

    Hi Roger!
    We got back Friday night. It was a nice little getaway, but I'm happy to be home. I got a call from my doc the first day down there, I needed a stronger antibiotic. Luckily we were close to a Target store. The doc called it in there and I had the new prescription in no time. :) We were close to a beach, visited the old part of Charleston...market, French quarter, and a couple of plantations and a swamp. I think the swamp was my favorite...have never visited one before, and it was run by the Audubon society and had a nice wooden walkway. :)
