    good morning

    i went to the doctor yesterday my shoulder has been hurting for the last couple of months he gave me a cortisone shot .I am hoping it helps I have a hard time sleeping because I will move and my shoulder will start hurting. The doctor did say I have bursitis all I know it hurts.

    Howdy all y'all. It's sensational Saturday!

    We have 27C sunny degrees with a forecast calling for mostly sunny. High 29C. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 5%. For tonight, a shower is possible early. Partly cloudy skies. Low 18C. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 19%.

    Jason is off to a pool party, but I'm going back downtown for more Dragon Con. I also have laundry to fold and another load to wash, when I get back from Dragon Con this evening.

    Dinner last night was just snacky stuff, some pastrami and mozzarella rollups, potato salad, gluten free sesame flatbread crisps, and some gluten free cookies.

    Breakfast was some Cheerios and some bacon.
