    November is here. Let's see if I can get my butt straightened out before the Deadly Holiday Season really starts.

    Goals: Get at or under goal
    Drink my friggin' water
    Eat 5 veggies/fruits a day.

    That's it. Any more or anything more complicated is just not going to work right now.

    Got my 5 in and was under but water.... I just can't seem to drink unless I am thirsty. What I should probably do is drink 16 ozs when I get up and 16 ozs before bed. Then if I drink water with my meals that should rake care of it.

    First of the month, time to renew count & my goals for November

    1. Stay at or under my daily calorie target
    2. Only eat measured portions while sitting down (No open bags or containers)
    3. Move workouts indoors - stretching, speed bag, weights, stationary bike
    4. Pre-log as much as possible and every time I am eating out

    I have recovered from the World Series and am busily deciding who should stay, go and join the fold and sending messages telepathically to our GM. If they would only do my bidding. In fact if EVERYONE did my bidding the world would be a better place. For me, anyway!

    I can just imagine the vibes Cubs leadership have been getting. The Cubs are a darn good team. I can't believe Billy Sianis' curse can still be in effect! It'm ready for an NLCS match up next year. just hope my boys are.

    Rough start to my day today - flat tire on the way to work, raining of course, got it changed, the spare was almost flat, limped to the tire place, got picked up, went through the drive-through and was given the wrong order, went in to correct it, came out and hit myself in the chest with the corner of the car door, just got to work, tire place called, need all 4 - $800...... I think I should just go back to bed!

    I have a new (to me) treadmill with I-Fit. There is a running video called the Road to Hana (in Maui). My goal is to finish this video/run. It is 35 minutes or more, but I have not been able to get past 15 or 20 minutes. Today, RIGHT NOW, I'm going to finish it. No pause option. No excuses that I have errands to run or work that is more important. I really have to stop the gremlins from telling me, I don't have to take care of me. Anyone with a pic of a gremlin on a treadmill? Lol.
