    A crazy couple of days for me with work. So busy, but a good busy. Haven't had much time to post but managed to keep on top of my logging and exercise.

    I'm glad I went back and looked at the beginning of this thread. I could use some daily accountability for some simple goals especially as I hit a busy season for the next several weeks. My goals
    1. Track every day even if it's bad
    2. Stay within calories
    3. Eat less sugary carbs

    It's been a great past couple weeks for me. I've been keeping my goals and also working out like a fiend. I can really feel the difference in my muscle strength and energy level.

    I'm ok with a draw for now so glad I've been tracking every day even if the choices aren't the best.. Still learn stuff by doing it.

    Going to really focus on deficit eating this week to see if I can get the scale starting to move down again. I've been in a plateau again. I have been trying to switch back and forth between losing weight and gaining muscle.

    Bad news, I've still got a 20 pound gremlin hanging on to me that I need to shed...............................................
