I was able to tuck my pants INTO my knee-high boots!6

My NSV is that I passed the psychological evaluation required by insurance and now I'm one step closer to surgery7

My Resting Heart Rate on my FitBit got down to 47 a few days ago. It's been consistantly around 50 the past month or so. For a guy who used to have a RHR around 90 when I was 400lbs I'd say that's pretty amazing. Getting my heart healthy may be my greatest achievement since getting the sleeve a few years ago.9

That is fantastic. I wish I had measured my resting heart rate prior to my surgery, I have no idea what it was really. The only thing I know is that my blood pressure was borderline high pre-surgery and has been normal every time after.

I got up this morning and did a 60 minute, high intensity boot camp at 5:30 in the morning. I don't even recognize myself.9

I am no longer taking meds for type 2 Diabetes! Almost 7 weeks post op.
Three people from different departments commented on my weight loss.
My wife says I smile more. I say she does and I'm grateful I'm part of that.9 -
Had to buy new clothes for a conference and was able to buy a size 6 in dress pants!8

Not sure that this technically counts as a NSV since the scale is kind of involved, but look who finally got out of Obese Class III. Of course, I can't wait to be out of any class of obesity, but this small milestone put a smile on my face.

Saw someone I used to work with and was IM'ing last week and suggested we meet for coffee in the next couple of weeks. Ran into him at the conference and he couldn't get over how "awesome" I look! Felt so good to hear him say it - he was gushing!9

My recent NSV was getting to finally set up an appointment with my surgeon to get things going. It's getting real now and that scares me!5

@Mandy_1982 that's great news and I can guarantee that pretty much everyone gets that scared feeling which is totally normal. What I can say is everyone's biggest regret is. It doing it sooner.1
