Today I walked in a 5K & didn't even have to stop walking to rest. That I actually did it instead of just not showing up, victory! Next year, hopefully can run it. (My knee isn't loving impact yet.)6

@CTCindy LOVE that! I did my first 5k Feb 2017 and got addicted to running and races. Having a race on the calendar really helps me stay motivated!1

Before I had surgery I wrote down a few things I wanted to do, things I was too embarrassed or wasn't able to do because of my weight. One was zip lining. Well, my girls and I did it this weekend!!! It was amazing. We did five zips. I made a point during the last one to really reflect on what I was doing and where this journey has taken me. I am still amazed at where I am!!!6

I can now walk 60mins without stopping. Yay me!9
