I didn't document my week to week progress on here last time very well and I'd like to see it on here this time so I'm going to just type it out for myself to be able to refer to if needed.

    Week 1: -5 lbs
    Week 2: -1 lb
    Week 3: 0 lb
    Week 4: -1 lb
    Week 5: -1 lb
    Week 6: 0 lb
    Week 7: -1 lb
    Week 8: -3 lbs

12 lbs lost total (re-started 9/1/16) 32 lbs lost total from heaviest weight

Wonderful....32 pounds!!! It's such a great program. The best part is you are a walking advertisement for OMAD. So many people are struggling to lose weight and as an example you can help so many as you have with your daughter. ♥

Thanks guys! I have to say after losing the first 20 pounds my blood pressure went back to normal. It was really high. And I quit having acid reflux all the time. Day and night. It was horrible. And now that I've lost this last 12 pounds my foot that I think I have plantar fascitis isn't bothering me nearly as much as it did either. Every pound seems to help so much!!!! I'm ready for some relief on my back and my knees!!!

Hi Karie: Don't worry about the 1 pound gain ..it happens to all of us. Overall, the weight loss is terrific and it's very encouraging to me. Keep it going and keep us posted.

Thanks guys. First gain I've had so I just don't like it. I won't let it throw me off track though and I knew I could count on y'all for some encouragement. I needed it. Y'all are the best!!!!

Please don't let a gain ever mess up what you have accomplished. It's not worth it. We are always here for you. ♥

    Week 10: -1 lb

Lost 1 lb. I cheated once and I had an actual cheat day so who knows how I lost a pound. Maybe my body needed the cheating. Hopefully better losses next week though. Or at least some loss. I'm getting sick of gaining, not losing, or just losing what I gained. Basically just staying around 218 pounds. I'm ready to move down on the scale.

Week 8 you lost 3 pounds, so it averages out.

Congrats on the one pound loss! I think you're doing great. 12 pounds is a lot of weight to lose. You maintained two weeks and gained 1 pound another week which is a good track record for 2 1/2 months.

If you average 12 pounds for 2.5 months in a year you would have lost 54 1/2 pounds and weigh 175 pounds. Not too shabby!

Your record is good. You only gained one week so it hasn't happened often. Keep it up!

It is probably 2/3 water to 1/3 glycogen weight. It will likely drop off in a few days as long as you get back on plan.

I didn't cheat this week. Only 1 pound but I am so happy I finally got below 218 lbs. I really hope I keep going now. I am so sick of only losing a little at a time now. I want to get below 200 pounds so bad. But I'll take what I can get.

That is more than 1 pound a week on average! In 4 months you will be almost in Onederland! You know how fast 4 months fly by! And wouldn't you love to make it through the holiday season without gaining?

I'm happy I found OMAD group and started BEFORE Thanksgiving and Christmas. Just think about it. You've lost 13 pounds before the new year even starts. Plus you have over another month to losee a couple more.
