17.1 miles added on the bike today. I am optimistic I'll hit my (feeble, as it may be - for me) goal this month! Easing back into "normal."

Better get this in before my Internet takes another dump on me.
Ok fun time is over. Time to get back in the saddle while I have the sunny weather to get it done. It's time for the legs to wake up, been way to easy on them. And as usual, my doctor can go to blazes about stopping riding and blah blah. My blood pressure was 115/78 and lost a lb, so stick it!

1.85 miles on a walk/run this morning around my neighborhood. I ran about 1.1 miles of that, which is pretty good as I've not been running in awhile.

4 mile walk/run. 3.1 of those in my subdivision's 5K. A new PR of 30:07 and 2nd place in the female 50-59 group. I thought I started out too fast, I saw 6.75 mph at one point and tried to slow it up. I somehow was almost always a bit over 6 mph when I looked, which I usually can't maintain. I hit the 3 miles around 29:15 and tried to go for under 30 but I'm good with this. I was hoping for under 32.

Went out of town into the country for a nice longer ride. Flat rolling roads, didn't deal with as many cars and city streets. And today I hit GOAL! If I go flatter, I can ride farther before pain sets in. I get that shoulder wound debrided again on Monday morning.....oh goody, just looking forward to that.

Hit the gym early w/DDD then went out for a quick walk by my self...no DH or Bean this trip...then got on the recumbent for an episode of Castle. It's been a good day!

Sat - 11.00 miles recumbent bike
Should hit goal tomorrow if everything goes right!
