As of September 29, I walked 179 miles and 402,549 steps. I have completed my goals for everything except for riding the bike. I will not meet it. Today it is going to be raining. Maybe tomorrow, but won't be a long ride. My weekends were spent doing quality time with friends and family in September.0

Thanks for all the warm fuzzies
Glad to see everyone and that you are all doing marathons, running, walking, biking, etc!
@sufferlandrian , beautiful pics!
@darkrider42 , hope all is well.
@clepant , way to get back to running. I'm impressed and optimistic!
I went to the FL keys this weekend, and walked with my American bulldog recue for the first time since "the" accident. She's very sweet and calm, but we came across a stray and she pulled on the leash. Luckily, hubby was with me, since my stability stinks and my arm is still weak. I got up on my paddleboard with some help, but I was able to do a half mile. Stationary bike yesterday rounded out my total to 3 miles for the 3 days. I'm up to 9.5 for September!
