Sure! Here is the creamy lemon chicken https://www.facebook.com/buzzfeedtasty/videos/1691656287753680/?_rdr=p&business_id=10153286773125329
The curry I made up so I used 10g butter, added a tsp of mae ploy green curry paste and a tsp chopped fresh ginger and fried it a little. Then just added, zoodles, spinach, red pepper, chicken and fried that a little then added 1 cup coconut milk. Simmered that until the chicken was cooked through. Exact quantities are in my diary, yesterdays dinner.1 -

Lunch. Zucchini sliced and boiled ten mins, drained and pressed dry, then buttered and sprinkled with a healthy dose of nutmeg, salt and better. A very old recipe from my mom.

I won't post my chilli relleno from last night as they were lightly battered and fried. But they were delicious with all the cheese oozing out. They could be done without the batter too so they are lower carb.0

Chicken thighs with red onions and a sauce I made of soy sauce, teriyaki, ginger, peanut butter, garlic powder, ketchup. I wasn't feeling good and just put a bunch of stuff together, it turned out really quite good, it would've been nice with a side of zoodles for the extra sauce

This was lunch today and more my typical style of cooking.
1. Put cheese on pan.
2. Put pepperoni on cheese
3. Stick in oven til looks yummy
4. Eat it.
5. Oops! Take photo before eating.
super complicated stuff.
If anyone that is trying to stay very low carb is missing pizza, this is how I make mine. No crust at all. And I just tear off pieces and dip in garlic butter or the lowest carb pizza sauce I can find. I don't end up eating enough sauce to amount to many carbs.
You can still put whatever you want on top.4 -
I made a garlic, parsley butter to add to meals if I need to up my fat a bit, so tasty!
Tonight I had lamb steak with the butter, spinach in a cream, cheese sauce that had gorgonzola, parmesan and dijon mustard and some baked brocolli.
