Please note that team participation is mandatory at least twice a week. If you don't feel like participating on here, eventually everyone will be less involved. Team Challenges are only successful if you work as a team and be there to support each other.

Favorite exercise is... Running, cycling, aerobic/step DVDs, tennis... But at the moment I am really out of shape, so I am mostly walking.
Favorite healthy food is balsamic chicken w/mushrooms, roasted veggies, bananas, watermelon, yogurt w/granola.... I like variety, have you picked up on that yet?? lol
Struggle with finding time for exercise and giving up wine.
Probably not prepared to be a group motivator at the moment.
Goal for the week is to win at least one FitBit challenge and lose at least one pound.

Just watching what I eat and sticking around 1800 calories. I'm aiming for a little under 2 pounds a week. If that doesn't turn out to be achievable, I'll revise the goals. I have a pretty complex weight loss spreadsheet that projects calories to lose/maintain and projects long-term loss based on a healthy rate of weekly weight loss, and sets quarterly goals based on it. (In case it's not obvious, I'm a huge Excel geek!) I had a Chobani Greek Yogurt with Passion Fruit for breakfast, and I don't normally eat breakfast at all, so this was sort of new for me. lol0
