Good morning YELLOW team. I'm sitting here making my meals out on the diary sheet for the weekend. I was invited out by some friends to eat Easter brunch at a restaurant buffet (Lord help me). I laughed so hard when I looked in the database for "Buffet Brunch". Came up with an entry for "big *kitten* Easter Brunch". Someone had listed over a zillion calories. I think I will just take along a little writing pad and list everything I put on my plate and figure it up later. I will only have that meal for the whole day. Don't know how that is going to work, but that is my game plan. What do you gals think about this?0

Hi Gloria -- I think your plan is a good one. Just try to make healthy choices, don't stuff yourself, and most importantly don't stress -- just enjoy your meal out and the company. One day isn't going to derail the great progress you've made so far. And, if per chance, it does result in a weight gain don't despair -- if you go right back to measuring and logging and meeting your calorie goal the next day your body will readjust and that weight gain will go away within a day or two -- at least that's been my experience (comes from weighing myself daily -- knowledge is power). Happy Happy Easter. Fell of the wagon at the luncheon buffet. Back on this evening. Have to do double duty with exercises. I just washed and folded a load of laundry at the hotel I work for on the week-ends. I can't find this type of exercise in the exercise data base. Any suggestions on another match type (sheets, towels, wash clothes, hand towels and bath mats). Arms are tired for now. Did this for about two hours. Hope I didn't mess of my score. Will weight in the a.m.0

I have enjoyed myself immensely ladies. I started week 1 at 297.2 lbs. and finished this past Monday at 277.2 - 20 lbs. lost in eight weeks!!! I could not have finished like with without your help. Keep in touch, and good luck with your weight loss ventures.0
