You guys are giving me mad ground beef cravings. I'll take cheese with mine, though. ;)

Have you asked at the butcher? I bet they would be perfectly willing to hook you up. Mine makes up a batch of bones for me on request, I just ask them a day or 2 before.

The only "true" butcher that I have found would charge me more than I want to pay for it, but I really should keep looking!

    That's crazy, @glossbones; it's common here!

And FIT_Goat, congrats on making it through the whole challenge!

Saw this today at a Smart & Final Extra, thought of this thread :)

5lb chub on the left, 10lb chub on the right (btw how hilarious is the word "chub"?)

Here is my actual weight and trend-line.

This is the change in weight from the start. They're not very different.t6orppygkdcw.png

I am doing body measurements and will be creating the summary tomorrow. I had a busy night. I went out and bought a goat. It will be slaughtered and become food for me. Yes, I realize how horrible this is considering my nickname.

Here it is, it is hard to read. That's calories in, calories out, and the trend line for each.

Measurement day. No change in weight. But down half a percent in body fat. Big measurement changes this week.

It was good, but not nearly as good as I wanted it to be. I ate the whole thing and found it unsatisfying.

I just had a nice ribeye for lunch. That was a lot better than the cornish hen.

Penultimate day of my challenge; packed in 25.5 oz of grilled 80/20 and no less than 6 cups of black coffee. Probably closer to ten.

I'm so jealous. I *love* ground beef, but the cheapest I can find it near me is like $6/lb. :(

I think I am going to try this. I need to get back to basics and mono food may make it easier. I bought 12lbs of 80/20 today and plan to portion it tomorrow. 80/20 works pretty good for me macro-wise, since it's 72% fat calories and 28% protein. That plus black coffee, water and Lacroix.

@nicsflyingcircus that's pretty much how I ate the last 30 days. Monofood seriously IS easier. I just prepped my food for the week with coconut oil and everything feels so complicated and scary!
