    Aug16: 26.55 miles today of which 16.55 miles are an hour of ex bike and 10 miles of hot sweaty walking too.
    TTD: 258.45 miles

    Okay..asking to kick my goal up to 300 since I made goal early. Should still be able to pass some miles to Susan should she need some.

    Work day for me, so less time to walk. Still added 1.5 miles. I'm falling behind, but the leg is healing well, so I should be able to make it up when it is stronger. If I am lucky, I might be able to take the bike out today, but right now it's too rainy out there.

    Early morning HIIT class before my never ending house repairs. Managed to squeeze in 1.1 miles indoor track walk. But my master bathroom now has new tiles in the shower that still has no door or showerhead. Baby steps

    Walked w/DH yesterday and today, got on the bike today for 55 mins today and worked out to a DVD. A good Wednesday.

    I almost talked myself into lowering my goal for this month. Well I am not going to do that. I have my turbo trainer as I am not supposed to ride the bike for 2 weeks (no one said I could not ride stationary LOL). So i will make it the hard way. Already did some hamster wheel miles today.

    Wednesday I jogged 2 walked 1 then & later got on the ex bike for 23 miles.
    This morning we are blessed with a COOL one so I took the furries for a 2 mile walk. I "plan" to do more Pop Sugar workouts today. Yes my @ss, quads & hips are feeling the workout from Tuesday. That's a good thing right? lol
    I'll leave my goal as it is & if someone needs extra miles to reach theirs they can have em.

    My run was along the beach tonight - I'm already feeling it!

    ETA : a fab way to end the day.
