Well, after an awesome start and middle of the month, life got in the way and I failed to make my goal. No worries, though. I ended up with 252.06 miles...a tad less than 50 miles short of my goal. I'm definite not complaining! Looking forward to September!0

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone. Even if you didn't make goal this time, you're still here and still moving. That, my friends, is SUCCESS.0 -

Even if you didn't make goal, a LOT of you still had a pretty active month and should be glad to still be moving so much!

8/30 and 8/31 - 4.3 miles walking
Total to date - 126.9 of 140 didn't make goal, but am determined to do better in September. We're going to the beach next week for 3 days, and I'm going to walk along the ocean every morning to view the sunrise while my husband sleeps in (if past experience is any indication). We've experienced another tragic loss in our family this week, so I'm taking the time away to just try to wrap my head around it all and movement and prayer are my best coping mechanisms when done simultaneously ...0
