    Aug. 18: Adding 28 miles today
    Ran 4.2 miles and foot is a little sore but will rest it a day before going again. Ex bike for 20.3 miles and walked 2.5 miles with fur babies in the am and pm.
    TTD: 318.11 miles which makes goal 2.

    Frustrated that I am falling further behind, but this time next week I should be hiking in the Smokey Mountains. I know that carefully strengthening my leg now will increase my chances of being able to hike next week.

    Added 3.5 miles in the last two days for an August total of 59.25 miles

    I got out for a lunch walk today along with two trips to the gym earlier in the week to stay close to the green anyway. Need to go back to the gym once or twice this weekend and then I can be caught up for a day or so. :smiley:
